Dr Darren Kelly graduated from University College Dublin in 2015. Following graduation, he completed a 1-year rotating internship and 3-year residency in internal medicine at a private referral hospital in the United Kingdom. Upon completion of his residency in 2019, Darren remained at the same hospital as a senior internal medicine clinician.
Whilst interested in all aspects of internal medicine, Darren is particularly interested in respiratory disease, endocrinology, immunology, and endoscopy. Darren enjoys managing cases of airway collapse, and has experience in both tracheal and bronchial stenting. He is also interested in minimally-invasive options for managing lower urinary obstruction.
Outside of work, Darren enjoys travelling, playing tennis, and trying to learn Spanish.
