Dr Kwan Shu Huan graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 2020. She returned to Malaysia to work in a busy small animal practice for 2 years before making the move to Singapore to join VES Hospital as an emergency veterinarian.

Dr Shu is interested in emergency medicine and cardiorespiratory diseases. She also has a keen interest in client education, as she believes in empowering clients to make informed decisions to prioritise the well-being of their beloved pets.

In her free time, she enjoys food hunting, reading and engaging in independent cat rescue work.
