Dr. Alex Hatch BSc (Hons), BVetmed (Hons), MVetmed, DipACVECC, MRCVS, has joined VES Hospital after a career which has so far seen him practice in California and New York, USA; Zanzibar, in East Africa, and various London-based clinics.

Now, Dr. Hatch, who was born in Geneva, Switzerland, is relishing the opportunity to work with the team of clinicians at VES Hospital.

VES is very pleased to have Alex join the team!

Alex completed a one-year internship in a 24 hour Hampstead practice shortly after graduating from the Royal Veterinary College in 2010, sparking his interest in emergency and critical care.

Between 2013 and 2014, he was an ECC intern at the School of Veterinary Medicine at the University of California, Davis. Following this, he went on to complete an internationally renowned highly competitive three-year residency position in Emergency & Critical Care with the Royal Veterinary College, University of London.

Dr. Alex will be available for consultation and transfer of emergency cases and will be a true asset in providing enhanced care of our most critical cases.
