Dr Caroline Fallon

Specialist in Veterinary Neurology and Neurosurgery
MS, DVM, DACVIM (Neurology)

Prior to starting her journey in veterinary medicine, Dr Fallon was traveling the United States working as a commercial real estate analyst. When her dog was diagnosed as an idiopathic epileptic, she was inspired to leave the fast-paced world of Wall Street and pursue a career in veterinary medicine. After receiving her Doctorate from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign School of Veterinary Medicine in the USA, she then completed her rotating internship in private practice in Connecticut, followed by an internship in Neurology and Neurosurgery at Auburn University in Alabama where she stayed for her residency. Dr Fallon returned to her alma mater, the University of Illinois, to complete her residency.

Dr Fallon’s area of interest is neurosurgery, and she has completed the Neurosurgery course during Brain Camp as a resident and received her certification through the ACVIM Neurosurgical Certificate of Training in Advanced Neurosurgery. Although she is passionate about neurosurgery, her reason for choosing to specialize in Neurology is because of the relationships developed with clients and patients through medical neurology.

Dr Fallon is passionate about delivering exceptional service and care for her patients and their families. She believes strongly in collaborative medicine and delivering comprehensive patient care. Clients and pets can be easily overwhelmed by the neurological changes they experience, and Dr Fallon strives to provide simple explanations and develop treatment plans that fit each patient and their family.

Beyond her professional endeavours, Dr Fallon enjoys spending time with her husband John, Border Collie Dino, and their cat Rick Allen. She was born in the Middle East into a family of expatriates, but grew up in Northern California enjoying the wild beauty of the US west coast. Her education and work have allowed her to live all over the US and the Globe. She is an avid reader, baker, traveller and Formula 1 fan.
