Dr Germaine Chan graduated from the University of Glasgow and completed a 1-year rotating internship in Scotland. Following this, she discovered a keen interest in veterinary emergency and critical care, diagnostic imaging and surgery, and decided to join the VES team to pursue her career in emergency and critical care.

Dr Germaine finds it very rewarding to provide compassion and care to both clients and patients in emergency situations, and believes that one will always have more to learn in the vast field of emergency medicine.

Dr Germaine enjoys travelling and various sports including golfing, cycling and running. She is also keen to explore Southeast Asia and enjoy all the good food!
