Dr Joel Cheong graduated from the University of Glasgow in 2020 and worked a short stint in Singapore before going back to the UK to gain work experience. Joel returned to Singapore again in 2022, working in general practice before settling at VES Hospital.

He has a keen interest in diagnostic imaging and is currently working towards a Post Graduate Certificate (PgCert) in Diagnostic Imaging with Improve International.

Outside of work, he tries to maintain an active lifestyle to accommodate his eating. He also enjoys spending time with his wife, her two Chihuahuas and adopted cat.
